Zucker Investment Group: Medical Acquisitions Associate

In my role at ZIG, we focus on buying value-add retail real estate. On a daily basis, I research medical properties, speak to owners and brokers, underwrite potential deals, send offers, and manage the acquisition process.
I work with medical business owners who are looking to expand buy purchasing real estate that suits their operation and we provide the capital to get them started up.
Through this role my communication skills have dramatically increased and negotiation has been paramount to success in working deals.

The Vanguard Group: Investments Specialist, Registered Broker

In this fast paced role, I served clients by examining investment products; providing investment guidance & expertise, to then efficiently execute stock and ETF orders on the open market
I took lead on problem solving efforts to update Vanguard's internal cost basis information and resources

Gamma Sports: Finance/ Accounting Intern

Worked with high level ERP systems (ORACLE Netsuite) to pull out data and manage spreadsheets
Meticulously prepared data directly for the controller of department
Updated internal spreadsheets with correct numbers on pricing for products

Marah Mutual: Financial / Credit Analyst

Analyzed client credit bureau's to advise on how they can correct & increase their credit scores
Measured debt to income ratio's to understand clients unique situation
